Mr. Hibbard is a successful executive with over 25 years of experience in the for-profit Hospital/LTACH space with a track record in strong EBITDA growth as an engaged team leader at “Stakeholder Project Services”; driving Business Development, Interim CEO/Hospital Operations, and Project Management initiatives both domestically and internationally, most recently for Allegheny International Services as the Executive-In-Residence at Al-Safat American Hospital in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Well versed in new Hospital design and construction as Lead Project Manager and as the Owners Representative in more than nineteen (19) De Novo start-up Specialty Hospitals across the United States and in the Middle-East. Mike earned his BS-Education from Westfield State University; MA in Educational Administration Course Work at Castleton State University; Certificate for Senior Executives in “The Program on Negotiations” at the Harvard/MIT/Tufts University Consortium and graduated from the Disney Institute.
